Using integrative therapy methods, we can relearn behaviour patterns and change your thoughts and your relationship with food. Mindfulness is part of the treatment, so you can feel confident and in control of your food choices.
Hypnosis for weight loss is safe and effective, but it is not a miracle cure; you will have to work towards the desired results.
