During this challenging time, I want to assure you all that I am still working. I am fully qualified to provide you with online or over the phone talking therapy or hypnotherapy.
Uncertainty is all around us, and it often makes us anxious.
Working from home and home-schooling can be difficult. It’s easy to get into bad habits and be tempted to stay in pyjamas in front of the telly all day.
Try as much as possible to have a structure to your day still. Plan your day, make a list of what you have always wanted to do but never had the time. I am sure there is plenty of those things.
Try to enjoy being productive. But don’t forget to put your wishes on that list too. Read that book and watch that movie!
Yes, that’s right! No need to feel guilty for finally enjoying yourself.
However, structure helps to give us that sense of purpose and meaning. A weekly planner can help to feel happy and productive at the same time.
Be as kind with yourself as with others.
Stay safe and well and look after your mind as, well as your body.
If you are struggling, please, don’t struggle alone, I’m only a phone call away.
