Hypnosis vs meditation

Meditation is about resting and relaxing in a sitting position with closed eyes.

The goal of meditation is controlling your breath and clearing your mind . You can do it in a group or alone, with or without music. Meditation can create a light trance or hypnotic state. It makes you feel relaxed and grounded.

Meditation is not directed enough to create positive changes or psychological effects, it does not evoke deep emotions with a cathartic effect or opens your subconscious mind to be acceptable for suggestions.

If you have some specific goals that you want to achieve, you need hypnotherapy.

How is meditation different from hypnosis?

First of all, hypnosis or hypnotherapy has a goal of achieving change.

Hypnosis uses the relaxed state or trance state to direct the power of your unconscious mind towards a change, and you still get to enjoy the benefits of relaxation that you achieve in meditation. You feel rested, relaxed whilst improving your life.

People use hypnosis to change their lives quickly. They improve their health, conquer their phobias or anxiety, they lose weight, they get rid of stress or find their purpose and meaning for life.

Both hypnosis and meditation should have a place in your life, they both have a great purpose, they both are useful tools, you just need to know which one to use for your goals. It’s incredible how hypnosis can change your life.
