Hypnosis Centre for Fertility in Trafford

“It`s been months and months… maybe years now… and it`s time to try again for a baby… we must do it now… Will I be able to conceive this time? It is so difficult…. Am I unworthy of having a baby? Why is it so easy for my friends to have a baby? What will I say to my mother-in-law if I am not pregnant? Ah… it is so stressful! Am I too old? Will he leave me if I can`t give him a child? What`s wrong with me? I`ve changed my diet; I don`t drink, smoke or drink coffee. Why can`t I have a child?

Do you have similar thoughts while trying to have a baby?

“I got stimulation drugs, tried IUI, IVF, and nothing happens; why am I unable to have a baby?”

“I am having a second IVF soon; I worry a lot; what if it isn`t successful, again?

You monitor your cervical mucus, meticulously track your menstrual cycles, and you are hypersensitive to every twinge in your body. You have a healthy diet, and you bought new underwear for your partner… and this has been going on for a while. And now you feel despair. It all started on the day when you decided to start “trying” for a baby.

Now, months down the road, you might feel that your relationship is falling apart.

You may have an “unexplained infertility” diagnosis, and you don`t know what to do with this information. Feelings of guilt, anger, rage, devastation and sadness circle in your mind.

These are the typical worries of couples who are trying to conceive.

25% of all infertility cases in the UK have no medical or biological cause. They are unidentified or unexplained infertility cases.

What is the cause of unidentified infertility?

Stress, anxiety, worry, frustration and grief can have an adverse effect on fertility. Often traumatic events in the past or subconscious or conscious childhood memories, and unresolved or bottled-up emotions can result in infertility.

Hypnosis can help you in many ways to achieve your dream and have a baby!

“Any idea, plan, or purpose may be placed in the mind through repetition of thought.” Napoleon Hill

Hypnosis uses repeated suggestions while you are in a relaxed state to bypass the conscious and target the subconscious mind.

There are 3 minimum requirements for hypnosis to occur: a basic level of intelligence, the ability to follow simple instructions and willingness and openness to be hypnotised.

Hypnosis is a learned skill. It differs from meditation because you have a participatory role in the process and set a goal that you are working towards. We use psychotherapeutic tools and combine them with hypnosis to help you to release stress, fears, emotions and subconscious blocks that might prevent you from achieving your goal and becoming a parent.
