Our 4-session Sleep Well program can help you.
The program consists of four 60 minutes sessions, each one week apart.
The first session is a consultation and setting up a new sleep routine for you. We also discuss sleep hygiene which focuses on the environment to maximise the proper functioning of your circadian rhythm.
Next, we examine your lifestyle and check what changes you can implement.
The second part of the program contains hypnosis for sleep. We dedicate one session targetting your individual needs. For example, when you feel anxious, your thoughts prevent you from sleeping. Worrying makes you alert. Your cortisol hormone is present in your body, so sleep is unlikely to occur.
During the fourth session, I teach you self-hypnosis for sleep that can help you slow your thoughts and encourage sleep.

Hypnosis for insomnia is also available, separately from the Sleep Well program. These sessions are specialised for your individual issues, such as nightmares.
