Hi, I`m Andrea, a registered Hypno-psychotherapist and the owner of Urmston Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Hypnosis Centre for Fertility, based in Trafford, Manchester.
I am a qualified and registered Hypno-psychotherapist, specialising in anxiety, insomnia and emotional infertility.
My additional training in integrative psychotherapy allows me to understand your issue deeper and use different techniques to provide personalised therapy for you.
U offer online, over the phone or face-to-face appointments for your individual needs. I can support you in overcoming the obstacles to your well-being and happiness.
We will work together to bring about changes in your life, changes in your response, thinking patterns, and habits, or improve your mental and emotional well-being.
The appointments are flexible; you do not have to attend at the same time every week. Single-session therapy is available too.
Professional support can help with everyday stress and conflicts or pursuing happiness.
Therapy is not only for people diagnosed with a mental illness.
So, whatever your problem or goal may be, it is important; it matters; you matter, and I am here to accompany you on your journey to achieve your goal.
We also offer 20-minute anxiety or stress relief sessions online or over the phone to help you with sudden, overwhelming emotions.
